TikToker cries “feral man,” gets clapped by Joey Swoll
In a now deleted video, Twitch streamer Jessica Fernandez “called out” a man who was allegedly staring at her while exercising in the gym. After the video made its rounds, it was clear that she was wrongfully accusing this man of creeping on her.
This led to Joey Swoll stitching the video with his thoughts, putting the nail in the coffin.
Joey reacts, everyone rightfully clowns on her, she issues an apology.
In the apology, Jessica acknowledges that she apologized partly because she was called out and clarifies that she does not have an OnlyFans.
While Fanhouse can be used for NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content, she states that her content is SFW and is used to connect with supporters.
JRE “Egg Bad”
In a seemingly now-deleted post, Joe Rogan posted a headline from News Punch reading “Scientists Warn Eggs Are Causing Thousands of People to “Suddenly” Form Blood Clots.”
While the story is not totally false, it can be seen as misleading to due a lot of layers.
The News Punch story draws the conclusion from an express.co.uk article that drew from a study by the Cleveland Clinic about aspirin’s preventative effect on blood clotting risk from choline.
Basically:
Cleveland Clinic shows that consuming high amounts of choline was found to produce gut bacteria whose byproduct increased the risk of blood-clotting events like heart attacks and strokes. Choline is found in egg yolks, red meat, and processed meats.
ExpressCoUK says “The findings from one small study, however, imply that a nutrient found in eggs and meat may also increase the risk of blood clotting”
NewsPunch picks it up as eggs and meat being propped up as an explanation to cover up more clotting events occuring “since the ‘jab’ rollout.”
This isn’t too far out of left field now that more information about the “events” of the last couple of years are actually allowed to be discussed, but its clear how this situation happened when you see how many sources were translated.
They still want you to eat the bugs, but it seems the Cleveland Clinic was looking more at how aspirin can help prevent blood clotting.

USPA (Again)
This was a big reason that I had to delay the email until tonight because things are literally changing by the minute.
Follow the guy who started all this, Goob, to get the updates as soon as they come out.
So Far:
A huge powerlifting federation, USPA, is being accused of being garbage at doing backgrounds checks (pedos, child abusers, other predatory behavior), not taking action when faced with allegations involving staff, and even attempting to cover up bad news related to all of these sensitive situations.
Watch this YouTube recap from last week in case you’re not up to speed.
Since then, the USPA hired a PR firm, discussed legal action against Goob, fired the PR firm (I’m guessing for clearly being awful at their job), and are now walking back much of what’s happened.
Ted may have been right; but because of the internet, big organizations can’t roll over individuals as easily.
People in Goob’s audience and the audiences of Goob’s followers (like you fine folks) are all discussing this. So no amount of money or legal action will make this go away without actual change.
Thankfully, the typed words of a likely real-life-soyjak at some PR firm hold no weight.
The Liftocracy comes one step closer.
Clearly this story is still unfolding so I will attempt to keep you up to day via Instagram and Monday Iron Radio on YouTube.
A quick word from the boys:
Fight Milk, but Real.
Protochol Spiked Protein is the world’s first, only, and best spiked protein beverage.
With 11g of protein and 8% alcohol, you can get let loose and get huge.
Arnold Schwarzenegger currently uses alcohol to get protein to his muscles faster.
Arnold big, me want big, me drink Protochol. It’s that simple.
Protochol: 8% Alcohol, 100% Unnecessary.
Back to the show.
“Testosterone levels do not predict athletic performance or overall athleticism.”
This quote is paraphrased from a line in a study done by E-Alliance, a Canadian organization, that advocates for “gender+ equity in sport”
An Instagram Slideshow from ethicsinsport, displays key points in this study.
The direct quote being:
There is no clear scientific evidence that high levels of naturally produced serum testosterone was predictive of athletic performance among cis women.
I’m gonna need some more time for this one, but I think we can see where the issues lie here. I don’t want this to get lost in the news cycle further than it already has, so I’m going to throw something together for YouTube.
I think Jessica Buettner (Canadian Powerlifter and gym meme enjoyer) put it best in their comments:
“I find this odd from the organization that will ban me from sport for 4 years if I were to ever once take testosterone.”
You can view the study here. More to come.
Business
Larry Wheels - BPI
BPI Sports and Larry Wheels / Personal Record have teamed up to create a co-branded line of supplements including preworkout, creatine, BCAAs, and a 69-serving protein powder (nice).
According to the website, all supplements are out of stock and on backorder (my gut says creative marketing but who knows).
Max Taylor
After a long time of being an affiliate for Gorilla Mind supplements, Max Taylor announced via Instagram that he is officially a part of HUGE supplements.
He explained in his Instagram story that there was no falling out or bad blood with Gorilla Mind, the supplements just weren’t having the same effect as they once were; because of that, he said he could not, in good faith, promote it to his audience.
Gym Shark Preworkout
Currently only available in the U.K., Gymshark “PRE”, has generally been rejected as a quality product based on formula alone:
Citrulline
Creatine
Beta-alanine
Taurine
Caffeine
TheaCrine.
One could argue that it’s just a starter pre to appeal to a wider audience; but either way, it doesn’t seem to be what anyone was expecting from a company like Gymshark.

Rafi’s Desk
Thanks for being here and supporting the newsletter, I really appreciate it.
It’s really nice to be able to create content without being limited by video production and jump cuts. I’ve always been more of a writer so this feels like the right move.
All I really have to say is I’m looking forward to continuing the work on YouTube and I’m also going to try to figure out Twitter for Monday Iron.
Gotta have reach outside of IG in case Zucc decides to continue his lifter oppression.
Also, if anyone’s trying to connect on LinkedIn, hit my line:
Have an outstanding week everyone. Let’s get it.
